Kristin started her career in 2001 on the trading floor at Bank of America. She had her first proper lesson in market volatility when the Twin Towers fell one month into her first job. The wild ride continued for many years as the subsequent recession and the financial crisis soon followed. During her Wall Street career, she worked with the largest money managers in the world, traveled frequently around the US, Europe and Asia to meet with clients, and learned the ins-and-outs of the global macro markets. It was incredibly exciting and she became an expert in markets and investments. When she had her second child in 2014, she knew she was ready for a new challenge. She didn’t have to look too far as her father, John O’Keeffe, proposed the idea of coming to work with him in his growing wealth management business.

Kristin has found the work to be both gratifying and challenging. She also found that helping people build and manage their wealth is extremely important work. In the past few years, in addition to building her business, Kristin has discovered a passion for writing about money and has contributed to many publications such as Forbes, Girlboss, Hey Mama, My Domaine, NY Magazine and Coveteur. She has also been featured on the Today Show. Kristin also speaks about money, investing, and risk management. She has spoken at many companies and venues such as Soho House LA, Ludlow House, The Wing, Twitter, Warby Parker, Forbes, Spring Place and the Girlboss Rally.

Kristin is a strong advocate to narrowing the gender pay gap and increasing the overall wealth of women. She works one-on-one with many entrepreneurs and executives to build personalized wealth management techniques. Kristin also loves to speak and write about money.
